Artsy Fartsy Friday~~~M is for Magical Fairy Houses

If you are ever in Maine you might want to stop by and walk through the woods. You might see a surprise. There is a large population of fairies that have made their homes in the woods on a small island off the coast of Maine. These fairy houses pop into view all over  and  they are made by "artists" of all ages. They are made from found materials and are quite creative in design.

A few years back when I first found out about Fairy Houses My Kids and I made some that spring. They only lasted about a week, but this year I think we will try again. They are a lot of fun and you can hide them in secret little places in your garden. Hope you like this week's Art....Magical Fairy Houses.

  6. What an adorable idea!!! These are precious and magical, but way beyond my skill level!! Each one is so different. Please don't let Barbie OR Ken find out about these, they will just ruin them with that tacky convertable, and stuffing all her clothes in there till the walls split. I have always wanted to go to Maine, though.
