Let me go on the record to say That I HATE socks and shoes.
BUT.... If the socks are interesting then I'm IN!
Look at these little darlings! They are socks that look like ballerina slippers! Now why didn't they have these when my daughter was little?

These "Toe-Kinis" are made for those open toed shoes...great idea.

Here's a tattoo I can live with...a removable one on a stocking....You can walk on the wild side without walking on the wild side

These are sort of sock/shoes or slippers, But I think these might get really sweaty and how would you wash them? Hmmmmmm

Hey Here's a sock monkey for a wine bottle...for the host who has EVERYTHING...except this.

These socks remind us of a good cause

And now we come to my favorites. A company called Little Missmatched create socks that are meant to be worn as mis-matched pairs. This is so up my alley and I am kicking myself for not thinking of this idea myself....they are brilliant!!!! Little girls love these....I wonder if they make woman's sizes?

I prefer to live in sandals an bare feet but unfortunately this IS Ontario so socks it is...those mismatched ones are right up my alley.
ReplyDeleteI think my socks are very ordinary after looking at these. :-) My daughter is a sock person, having socks for all of the holidays. Mine are white for tennies and brown for winter.
ReplyDeleteMismatched socks as a fashion statement! We are sooo in style over here:)
ReplyDeleteI hate shoes and socks too.
I am quite ordinary when it comes to socks, white for sneakers and black or brown for winter. I know, boring.
ReplyDeleteI will have to look into the mis-matches for the girls! I can't wear socks around the house unless they have sticky on the bottom, because I slip. Those ones with toes in them, I bet it would help prevent athelete's foot!!!
ReplyDeleteMy niece always wears mismatched socks! I love it. Totally loving those toes sock and I want that monkey wine sock!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for catching me up with the sock fashion. I've never seen the "Toe Kinis" before.
ReplyDeleteI find the tattoo stockings interesting. I could have a lot of fun wearing them in front of my kids because they know I would never get a tattoo.
Pretty cool items. I love being barefoot around the house but can't stand going outside without shoes.

I love those tattoo stockings...that's the way to go! I have sock monkey slippers! ♥
ReplyDeleteThose mismatched sock folks just irritated the snot out of me. I've been knitting mismatched socks for my grandkids for years and they love them. I guess there really is nothing new under the sun. Except those tattoo stockings! Love 'em.
